Both of my clients ran their first 5K by participating in the White Plains Memorial Day Run. It was a perfect cool misty day for a long run. A major part of the run was a long uphill track and they did an amazing job. I am very proud that they were part of an event that honors those who have sacrificed their lives for others. Here they are supporting each other and crossing that finish line.
