Bones are living tissues that are constantly rebuilding themselves. The skeletal system is an important part of human movement through the interaction of the muscular and skeletal system. Its functionality is greatly affected by posture, physical activity and nutrition.

The best way to maintain the body’s framework is by performing exercises that forces bones to work against gravity. These types of workouts result in increased bone density and strength. The best way to exercise your bones is through weight bearing exercises like; resistance training, walking, body weight squats, push-ups, jogging, climbing stairs, and even dancing. A great way to improve posture is through stabilization exercises. Stabilization workouts can be achieved through the use of a stabilization or bozu balls, yoga, and other related exercise.
